I've been in the alliance for about 3 years. For some time now I have not seen anything about the alliance and I am an officer. Does anyone have a similar problem?

Sometimes this failure occurs due to a problem with the "POI Manager" script.
Have you tried testing with that script turned off?
And deactivating all until finding the one that produces the failure?
Note: After deactivating an script it is necessary to reload the game to notice the changes.
