EA controls the 6 cloud servers this game resides on, they control 100% of the money but have instructed their customer service department to refuse acknowledgement this game exists. EA does not provide consumer support for this product on any level, except for management upon call escalations. Even then, management will inform you that Envision provides the only support for this game and to come to these forums for assistance. Envision provides zero consumer support for this product. Their sole function in life as it relates to this product is to ensure basic functionality. From loss of resources due to server resets to loss of game play, you are screwed.
