I just finished my coarse of finding. The true game is all about technology make up and technology build up. I lowered my costs substantially by updating my base. How does that work? By working with your AI. Now I own my AI because I directly innovated many critical things that was not  like the default things. Now, as you first play you lose something to the forgotten at the very beginning, you really at some point need to recover those stolen things although your base is supposedly protected.

Now, if you recover it, you are doing well, very well, to the point you can join my effort and NOT my technologies in destroying the enemy. I am GDI base. Know nothing about NOD.

As of this writing I am still working on my base, however, I lowered my costs substantially to the point to this writing.

Having one base on Wrath 18 named currently as "Arguma"

Keep upgrading. Your construction yard is mainly resource storage and building repair times and if destroyed your base is destroyed. 

Chose your production building priorities that reflect your strategic priorities.
