- @markkaplun until you kill the camps going through the missions then the camps generated are low camps.
Until around level 10 camps they need killing as part of the missions then will reflect the level of you offence. - markkaplun2 years agoNew Rookie
@gamerdruidI have no missions related to camps, and implying that everybody else also didn't do its missions is a little rich 😉 guess it is possible there are missions which are not displayed in the sidebar for some reason but right now I see a ratio of at least 2:1 of very low camps to what you would expect, and they are not all level 3, some are 4 and 5. Look at where I am on the world (same user as here)
- @markkaplun Like all worlds, missions include killing camps. Eg Kill a forgotten camp, kill 8 forgotten camps, kill 10 forgotten camps and kill 20 forgotten camps come to mind as the start missions.
You are able on FS24 to skip the lower camps because your army starts at level 10 and generates some higher camps. However, the missions expect you to kill the lower camps. This is the same as on the PTE. The same confusion occurred there when we started at level 10 the first time. Once the low camps are killed they don't appear.
Yes, there will be levels 3, 4, 5 and even 6, 7, 8 and 9 camps as you kill each level generated by you base. Many players on FS24 won't have experienced this on the PTE so won't realise this is what is needed to stop the low level camps. Once you've reach a level such as 15 or 20 the low camps will continue until they are killed - they follow you. On the PTE (in the past) camps level 4 were appearing when bases were level 45 and armies 40+ because a player hadn't kill the low camps. - markkaplun2 years agoNew Rookie
@gamerdruidand yet
1. this is a behavior that is not documented anywhere
2. I have no camp related mission and probably I have done the camp mission which comes up at the start.
95% of people do not play PTE, so comparing to it do not do any good for them.
You're right, this isn't documented anywhere now. It probably was on the old forums.
Many behaviours aren't documented now.
I wasn't comparing it to the PTE but using the PTE as an example of where the same behaviour took place.
You probably did complete the camp missions as killing or attacking any forgotten camp counts to the 2, 10 and 20 etc. However, the low level camps will remain if you don't kill them. It's not a bug.
