Name not available error

This is usually caused by trying to log into an old world after your account has been removed for inactivity.  Unfortunately there is no work around.  These older worlds are often closed to new players so resetarting isn't possible either.

It varies how long your inactivity has been before you're marked as inactive, but it seems to be around the 2 year mark when you're unable to log in to a pre-existing world (one where you've been active in the past).  You may appear to be able to select a sector play on the world, but the error message will appear in a pop-up box.
