New worlds - all to have max level of 80?
Will all new worlds created since 10th April 2020 have their max levels set to 80?

Well, reaching the level cap at level 80 is going to take some time to finish. @gamerdruid, does the PTE have any plans to hasten the speed of command point generation and package production? I would suggest cutting 6 hours of package production per world to 4 hours and same goes with command point generation. Instead of 6 minutes per command point, it should be 4 minutes.
Anyways, this is just a suggestion, it might take ages to bring two or more bases to level 80 or higher, that is unless the wait time for all types of production is reduced.
