@Samuraidodgy33Account security is important.
When helping with certain issues, like account changes, EA must verify that you own this account. They want to make sure they’re not compromising your account, so I can’t help out with your issue directly.
As you are not able to gain access to the email on file you will need to reach out to live support by clicking "Contact Us" on any help.ea.com page to start a new case.
First delete all cache and browser history from the browser(s) you normally use, this is to prevent old details being read.
Select the EA App (if you haven't downloaded it, you will need to download and install the app) - it replaces 'Origin' and can be used without logging in for certain features, such as not being able to access the acount.
Select one of the account issues like 'I cannot log in'
You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
Select Continue without logging in!
This should give you the chat/email option
If you’re able to regain access to your email account later, you can resume this case on EA Help at help.ea.com/my-cases/.
I assume Bt refers to 'British Telecom' a telephone and broadband supplier in the UK.
It may possible that you can contact BT help too and get access despite them changing the platform. They have dedicated help pages for those that can't access their e-mail.
