Not able to log in on subtituition account server tib 57
i am supposed to do a holiday sub for player Dracobelo. i confiremd his request but if i try loging in it says account is inactive. anyone got a idea how to fix this ????

- The setting of 'inactive' in this case is done by EA (not the games version of inactive) and not be Envision or the game. It is part of the security systems they've put in place to force a player to log on and change their password (even if it is to the same thing).
As a result their is nothing you or anyone but the account holder can do.
