once a month only log in to TA

Happy new year everybody. Hope you are all arrived well into 2024.

I've just seached the forums as I've been presented with a strange issue from one of my co-players.

He claims that he is only able to log in once a month.

I've never heard of this issue and is kinda sceptic as it seems unlogical in every aspect.

Only teory is if he's from a dictatorship state that enforces restrictionson on it's citizents in accessing the internet.

All i know about him irl is that he's claims to be located in asia.

Any ohter records or experiences with this problem? Any suggestions to a solution?

    @ejnarDK Like you, I'm sceptical. Without knowing his location and error messages it would be impossible to even suggest viable solutions.
    If it is a case of a government restricting access then anything I would suggest won't work, but I'll suggest one thing if you can't get more information. Can he create a new account and log in with that after logging in on the previous day with the 'difficult' account?

    One work around if it is in fact the case he can't log in because of restrictions could be to send out a substitution. Not ideal!

    @gamerdruid I'll see if I can get more info from him and try and get him to try the suggested test, setting up a secondary account.

    @ejnarDK The folks at EA and EE are also interested to find out more information. It is, they have confirmed, not something they have done on their end of things. (As it is not something they do!)

    Hey! Thanks for responding!

    He did send a sub to me, but then logged back in to check stuff... that's when he said his computer crashed and didn't have time to send out a sub
