Around the time you posted there was an issue at an EA data centre which is now resolved. I don't know if that was the cause of the 'glitch' you experienced, but if it was then you should find that the power packages have now been added. I can't be certain if it was added or not because I haven't kept track of how much I should have come in to this morning, but based on my power resource this morning I would lean towards not, I had about my normal production amount when I came on this morning and this would have been an extra 66M power, so I should have noticed. It should have been added to base 1 (highest score base), I'm on Tiberium world 47
