Is it normal for the game to show you that you are in a different position in the world ranking depending on where you look?

And sometimes column is switching between 59/60 for a while.

When they switch back, does the same order of nearby ranks switch back too?
I'm thinking the relative ranking is just affected by the movement around you.
There may be a refactoring on the code math.
I myself have noticed on rare occasions a player can go up in rank slightly even when their actual score has not changed....- @b97cbae3213388ee That is why in the second capture I also entered the scores because no one (close to me) had changed their score and it did not appear correctly the ranking in both sides.
I don't know if this will happen only in this world, with this score, at this level of the ranking... But I posted the screenshots because it is happening and it seemed strange to me.
