Does the same thing happen if you play over a data connection?

Currently playing on a net work, however, plugged into ethernet cable instead of wirelessly. Will try a data connection using my phone as a hotspot to see if I still have the same issue. Thanks!

Sounds good. Just get back to me when you can.

Several of us on different worlds had the same connection issue, so it's not a problem on the users end. And now the I can connect again, the "add funds" button in the game doesn't work for several of us. It goes to the wrong screen repeatedly.

If it's more than one person on more than 1 world, it's sounds like an EA issue.

This is something you should post in the the forums here. Unfortunately, it's not something we can help with through Answers HQ.

Thanks for the link. I also filed a bug report. But before you have someone clear cache and check for problems with their set up, you might want to see if it's an EA issue. All the problems I have had with access and funding, it has never been my set up causing the issue. It was usually right after an EA update.
