Script - offense unit repair time / cost

Is there a script that can get some info about how much time and cost to repair an offense unit from 0% to 100% damage?

nb: Someone asked me to see if it possible for cnctaopt.com have this info, hence this query.

"Arsenal / Offense / Data" provides the numbers for every army unit at each level for all the levels of the buildings that boost the army repair time (Barracks, Factory, Airfield / Hand of NOD, War Factory, Airport).
No mention about the cost in Crystal there...

I don't know of a script or the formula behind it.
