Slow, unresponsive servers - connectivity issues October/November 2018
As the title says, problems that commonly occur should be reported here for October 2018 - the other thread is closed as it is too long.

I'm getting this display bug after the maintenance. I tried clearing cookies and history, reinstalling chrome and even tried other browsers but none worked. Any solutions ?
