Slow, unresponsive servers - connectivity issues October/November 2018

Every day, every 5 minutes. Pathetic.
I've been trying to play at all times, but that's always the way it is.

We are still trying to resolve the issues and prop up the servers so they become stable for the weekend.
Once we got the disconnects under control and the servers returned to a stable operation I hope we can compensate the players for the interruption.

you're not getting compensated and these problems have been going on for years. stop paying for new worlds

Can anyone recommend a way to attack a base or camp when the layout is like this?

Wrath 23 been on and offline intermittently the last week. Getting worse the last couple days. Down at least 5 times in an hour sometimes. Please help. Please supply RT compensation.

I think thy killed tiberian 37 server, ofline many hours :(

hello, i have a different issue, my friend can connect on tiberian french 8, but me, i can't, the serv tiberian 8 is offline for me, we are both in France. I'm the only one wha cannot connect, i tryed 2 computers and 4 different internet browsers, same. i can't log because it's offline just for me. Ah, i can log in tiberian 12 french, but 8 is offline...

I am so Fking pissed off right now. I just burned through 2 days rt trying to kill a base on W102 and get disconnected. And although I am disconnected, apparently the server is working fine as the base I was attacking was able to heal during the time I could not get on. Now I don't have the rt to finish the base and no doubt, my base will be killed later leaving me with 9 days of recover time on that base.
Let me be clear, a few crates of rt does not pay for this issue. EA, if you can't service a server and bring it back online working properly, then don't bring it online at all. The only proper reimbursement would be to fund me with at least 2k or more funds. If you can't do that then you will prove to all of the users that you don't give a crap about anything but your profits.

Thank god this happened before I funded my account and started a new server. I'm done with spending money on a broken game. This has gone on, repeatedly, for years.
