Substitution errors on W50 as reported

Can you explain to me what is the point of reporting technical issues here.
Seems that it really needs sorting out and actually achieves some sort of resolution to problems
All i have seen so far is burying of heads in the sand
Hoping it goes away

Pointless if that's all it achieves
I asked for it to escalated if you don't want to do it

you wrote about this problem in the other thread, so W50 referes to World 50 I assume?
If you could DM me with the account name your are trying to substitute that would help us to look at it.
