Substitution issue

I've got an substituiton from my member and accepted it but then he came back and cancel it to tell me how long he'll be gone and gave the request right away back.

Well now I get the violation message when I want to login to his sub.... is there any way to fix this?

It says that I have 1day of 30 spent but it seems it will stay that way if you can't help me.
