It is impossible to collect packages or upgrade units, time for an update perhaps? The game crashes automatically after 1 minute and then freezes completely.
Would this be a good time to ask for my money back?

The world was restarted by the Envision team and it seems to be working ok now.

the same to everyone ..at w56. it crached about 7.00 oklock world time...and till now nothing happened .. At least we want some extras from the E.A owners..at least.

Whenever in the rare case that kind of crash happened to me it cleared up quickly.
I've also noticed that it might at times be regional to where you are logging from.
I am also experiencing the same issues on T56. The game seems to load but it's impossible to take any action in-game... after a minute or so, it crashes and you need to refresh but the same problems happen again and again...
