Tib 29 slows down every night

Every night at around 22:00 UK time tib 29 becomes unplayable.
It is not just me getting this problem, everyone in the alliance suffers the same.

Since there is no reply to this thread I assume you can't blame the usual 'clear cache, try another browser'
