Tib 43 Army upgrade failed. Game took my crystal & power but did not upgrade my units.

On Tib 43, the evening of 30 May 2020, I upgraded 3 Venom units from lvl 36 to 37 at a cost of 259M crystal and 65M power each. The game debited my resources but did NOT upgrade my units. I rebooted...
