Unable to conect to game

A friend, that does not speak English, cannot connect to Europa 30 anymore, she has an acc with nick of cruzis01, I can see her acc with a score of 519286, she is in same ally that I'm, WARMONGER, I tried talk with people on chat but I've got an answer that they could not help
When she makes her login this world does not appears, and she got a message to start a new game, what can she do about this?

There is no world 'Europa 30'

Do you mean Tiberium 30 (Europe)?

I can see here as well, so the link should be enough to get in. Make sure she logs out of all other worlds via 'Logout' at the top of the sign-on screen before trying the link.

Check that you have logged out and then back in with the correct email/password. As you say, the account is on Tib 30 and the account that this shot is for is not.

The link definitely takes you to Tib 30 if you're logged in with an account that has a base (or bases) on Tib 30.

Tib 30(Europe) has been unavailable to me for the past two days. I keep getting Err_empty_response message. Any one have a solution to this problem?

that is a negative. I see the world changed from (30) to (33) that could have somthing to do with it. Still no game for me though

If it is logging you into tib 33 then go in and try the in-game changer.
