Unable to get funds

Trying to get some funds, get popup when paying via paypal saying "Something went wrong" ?!
Very enlightening.............
Tried with Firefox, Waterfox & Chrome, same result.
Have cleared cache, restarted browser(s), even rebooted PC.
On second attempts on each browser it redirects to "https://play4free.checkout.ea.com/lb-ui/forbidden"

Another broken update?

No update to the game or to EAs setup - so that's not the cause.

I am having same problem, Did everything you did, Also can't change server to play other games in other worlds, No reply from EA. Has not work in over 2 days now.....

Which world are you trying to change to? Have you tried a direct link?

I went a different route to change server, But still can't get funds, I guess it is EA's losing again , No more game play for me...

Can you give us a bit more detail about how you try to purchase the funds and what the problem exactly is?

When I go to the get funds tab, and click on it, It goes to the sorry can't reach this page screen, I have been playing this game for three yrs. with no problem in getting funds, I don't know why it started this....

Have you tried to clear cache and cookies? I also advise to not use VPN or AdBlockers when accessing the funds page.

Yes, Tried all of that twice, Even tried going to
Crome,I use Microsoft explorer now No go....
