What is wrong with this new game?
What is going on with this platform? Got kicked back to beginner level. Spent some credits for repair time. Nothing happening.

This isn't a new game - do you mean new world? When starting a new world you always start at the beginning.
@ChrisTinnellthe game can't send you back to begin a world you've played on already, check that you're actually on the world you intended to be on. If you've landed on a world by mistake then you can appear to restart. This sometimes happens when a world is offline, especially during maintenance when you don't pay attention to the world you're going to play on.
