why can't i buy funds ?.

Hi there, Not sure if I am under the right topic. I bought a medium supply package. When I loaded the 6 hour repair time from the supplies and resources tab it did notregister. I have to load it by opening my base, going to my army, go to repair time and then load it from the drop down menue. How can I be assisted to get value for my purchase cause I now seemingly "lost" it and it seems to be a bug that needs attention
