The server is loading fine for me. I advise clearing browser cache & cookies, then try again. ;) - i cleared everything, it's still the same, all the other worlds works fine
- I have the same issue, I played the game for about two hours made a cash purchase the game froze, I refreshed my browser now it hangs up in the 'Welcome Commander.' Screen and won't go past that, I'm on this server as well.
- By the way I have it installed on the new Google Chrome with the Games Chrome App.

does the problem still occur? Could you try accessing the game via the webpage instead of the app?
Or if you have, could you try a different browser?
