Cannot transfer resources between bases

I am in an alliance at war on Tiberian 13, and made the rash decision to sell all structures and units on 2 of my 8 bases to put those resources into building up my defenses and armies on the other bases, essentially sacrificing 2 bases to save the other 6. But now I can't transfer those resources!! These defenseless bases will get demolished, all their funds, real cash money!!!, will go to some rando ahole on the enemy team.
