Cant build army units?
I'm not understanding why I can't build army units. When I click on the most basic units to build it says I don't have enough army points. I have all 45/45 points but I cant seem to spend them? I'...

You need to increase your army points by increasing your command centre.
The command centre sets the number of army points up to 200 max but then it also sets the level of the army units. You can increase your army units at present to level 12, but need a higher command centre to be able to go higher.
The maximum army unit level is 65, which will take most players 3-5 years to reach, although some may get it quicker.
EDIT: Corrected the max points to 200 from 300.
