- Which spreadsheet program?
What info do you wish to store?
There are scripts out there that will do many things such as capturing the data of alliance members - this can then be transferred. But you need to be clear what you wish to capture. Maybe you should look back a previous spreadsheet. - johno3some6 years agoSeasoned RookieHi there, thanks for the contact. Its to see the basic info of the alliance. I.E. Defence levels, codes gained etc..... I'm on windows 10 also, with Chrome as the browser. I am also using the Google sheets from my account. :)
- Set up a table - down the left put the players names - maybe also their base names. Along the top the headings for each of the values you wish to collect then get them to fill in the details by sharing the table.
- johno3some6 years agoSeasoned RookieYes, I have done all that - my snag is placing the link in our forum--- It doesn't come up as a link. Just text; black font. I use the share the spreadsheet link and out of the two boxes (one has the browser link, but it doesn't copy over as a link...
- It is simple:
Note the little parts within square brackets before and after the link. That is all.
...or you can click on the link button and leave the cursor at its position and paste the address. - johno3some6 years agoSeasoned RookieThanks, got back off my short break..... Yes, I will try the the copy paste.... many thanks.
