Destroyed base
How long does the shield on a destroyed base last? And why can't I attack after even after that shield has expired? Have the rules on what happens to your base when it is destroyed changed?

You usually get an error message detailing what the issue is. If your base was destroyed certain key buildings need attention before it is fully functional again. Like your command center. You can only launch attacks once its been repaired back to 100%.
