Hola,tengo una pregunta que me ha intrigado durante el tiempo que he jugado este juego ¿Que es lo que pasa cuando se destruyen TODAS las bases olvidadas de la region?

from what I understand you are curious to know what happens if all Forgotten bases are destroyed.
Well, even if all Bases are destroyed the Fortress will produce new ones starting out wherever there is free space. Ne Bases will be spawned always in the closest proximity to the FF.
