everytime I type r - I get the \replyto command instead of my sentence in chat :(

Are you using scripts? If so which ones or pack?

I've found chat helper scripts not working so now have them disabled. As XDaast says, which scripts? Check to see if any are related to chat - maybe one of the ones that colour text according to rank or alliance.
