Firestorm 22 has now launched. The advice given to check still holds true, but there are plenty of routes from the edge of the world to the playing area where the forgotten inhabit.

I should add;
Reallocating to a new sector early in the game usually strands you in the base spawn zone. And with no way out until more bases populate the territory near you So don't bother unless you see a reasonable chance to later jump out.
I want emphasize the likelyhood of early relocation on any server stranding your base for several days possibly.
