Fortress counter attack question

Hey guys

Quick question about Fort respawn... it will kill all bases within 25 spaces, or on hubs, after it has rebuilt.

How long does the counter-attacks last for? Our Fort was completely rebuilt 1 day ago and it's still targeting anything within 25 spaces.

Pretty sure it didn't do that last time but can't remember and can't find clear rules.
