I haven't been playing the game for a long while, but I now know what both Forgotten Attacks and Morale are. The problem now is uprising... Is this the gamerule for player's not being able to tag team an attack on outposts or camps? As in, one can't exclusively claim the RP of a strong outpost and another player gets to loot what's left of the outpost.
I think the only exception to that rule is attacking forgotten bases. If I'm wrong about this, then I have not a clue on what uprising is supposed to be, unless it refers to the forgotten fortress' retaliatory attack after it has been destroyed. The rule uprising definitely needs some clarifying.
