relocation
I can't relocate because it is telling me I am attacking and I can not relocate while attacking. I am not attacking and haven't for a few hours

Top right of playing screen should have this:
Clicking on it will give this:
Clicking on relocate button gives this:
Carefully select the sector you wish to move to and click on accept then on relocate.
If you can't see all of the buttons, use the zoom feature of the browser, I find I need 80% on my screens to see everything.
