The only way they can do that is either by a substitution (that you initiate) or knowing your login details. If it has happened to you via the second method, go to origin.com and log into your account and change the password and set up two factor authentication. This will prevent anyone else logging into your account. It's a good idea to have two factor authentication setup anyway. If you use the password on other sites, change them too!
