100 ping every game even if Data Center is only 17 ms. Ideas?

 Just like the title states I get 100 ping in every game of titanfall ive played so far (currently lvl 45) and I dont seem to understand why since all my other games doesnt have this problem. My internet speed is 25 down 10 up. Like previously stated the Data Center is only 17 ms (not the server i know) and its kinda frustrating. Thankfully high ping isnt too irritating in Titanfall but id like to play without meleeing someone and theyre instantly to my side meleeing me.
