500 Error when I try to download Map Packs/DLC

I am having supreme difficulty downloading the DLC in order to play this game online.

Please see the IMGUR album I made here (URL: http://imgur.com/a/uTj1G ) in order to get the full story: I just keep getting a 500 error when I try to download the map packs.

    Hey @filamentation

    I just loaded up a second account to try this. I'm not sure if you've tried this way but could you hover over the base game in your library and then click the "i". From here you should get this screen:

    You should then be able to hover over the individual map packs that were included with the season pass and then download them. Can you let me know if that works?

    thanks so much i really appreciate the help i couldent play really and upload a video for some poeple how to fix lines on screens it happened to me for the longest time before i fixed it thank you again for your help really is a honor
