When you have a moment can we try the following steps?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for your game (Microsoft VC++ Link)
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
Cheers,
- @EA_Illium Hi, thanks for your response; I have tried most of the above apart from the clean boot, but I will try that now. 🙂
- @EA_Illium I can now confirm that I have previously completed every task on your list and am unsure about my next steps, thank you for the help and your time.

HI @AgentMatt111 Would it be possible to try a new user or admin account?

After some digging I've found that New accounts don't make change, DISM and SFC commands don't do anything and that Its more than just dll s that are missing or corrupt; using a process manger I was able to determine the missing/corrupt files and replaced them now it is a registry issue.

Hi @AgentMatt111 To confirm you are still getting the same error after replacing the DLL files?
The issue has changed. It us now 0xc000007b which is a system error I partially know how to fix; i5 seems to be now with 5he registry not knowing the files are there so I am getting help from a relative, thanks for helping. I will update or start another post if issues continue.
