After years of owning Titanfall 2 the game, I can’t play multiplayer anymore.

I got the message “this profile is not permitted to play online” and contacted ea help. We did the troubleshooting suggested including changing dns settings but nothing worked. Any other options would be appreciated. I would like to play this game that I paid for.
