Audio not working properly

In the campaign, all audio works perfectly fine. But in multiplayer, I don't hear any footsteps, music, or jump packs, so the game becomes extremely silent. I've tried googling the issue to no avail,...

1. Using a pair of Astro A40 TR's
2. Yes Ive changed in-game volume settings to be a bit lower than default
3. Yes Im running audio through Steelseries Sonar and Im using Shadowplay to record
4. Im not sure i have any EA app Error ID

Thanks for this info you can get the EA app Error ID with this link - Error ID

To check, have you tried closing the Sonar app and Shadow play and then launching TF2 to check if the same issue happens?
