because it leaves me optimize my content hd xbox 360?

for more than a month ago will not let me play because you can not optimize hd content and me out of the game, it is very annoying not to be able to play if I could help thanks

    Have you already tried to update your Xbox 360 console, clear the console cache or to completely delete the game data in order to re-install the game?
