BT-7274

Is there anyway I can still purchase the BT-7274 skin? I have a 9 year old who with the years discovered and is a huge fan of TitanFall 2. 
from what I read we have to purchase Monarch V3, however it states it is unavailable. Is there another way to get the BT-7274 skin?
