[BUG] Titanfall 2 LTS stuck in Titan Select screen

In LTS, this bug happened where some of the players were stuck in this screen, as you can see in the chat. I could still hear titans walk around me and attacking me, leading to a loss.

This happened on round 5, it was 2x2 and it tied due to time out. Then this screen appeared for us to select a titan, and it never sent some of us back to the game.

    Would it be possible to get more information on this?

     

    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • Which platform are you on?
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?
    • Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
    • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

    Platform: PC - Steam

    No error message.

    This was the first time it happened, in LTS game mode.

    The game is installed in an internal SSD.

    Steps to resolve: I actually dont remember anymore, but either the game threw me to the multiplayer menu after the game endded, or I closed the game using Alt+F4.

    I only have the screenshot attached in my post, but I can describe it better what it looked like: I could select a titan and cancel the selection to pick a different one. I could hear players walking around me and shooting me. Pressing ESC wouldnt open the pause menu. It went like this for the duration of the round until our team lost and the game ended.

    DxDiag attached. I dont believe this is an only me problem, because at least two more players in the match had the same issue.

    Hey @Klausbdsl 

    Thanks for the additional information, to check have you tried the following?

    1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
    2.  Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
    3. Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
    4. Troubleshoot your connection to EA games
    5. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

    Please, just forward this bug to the devs. This was the only time I experienced it, so it must be a very rare bug. It has nothing to do with the EA app or my drivers. Multiple people in the match had this bug to them.
