You only are at the bare minimum level, so do not expect very good graphics or frame rates. Your OS must be 64 bit.

Minimum requirements for Titanfall on PC:

        OS: 64-bit Windows 7, 8, 8.1
Processor: AMD Athlon X2 2.8GHz or Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz
        Memory: 4GB RAM
        Video card: 512MB VRAM,
Radeon HD 4770 or GeForce 8800GT
       (Ignore the tripe about Dx11)
50 GBs storage on the Hdd
        Internet speed: 512 KB/s down, 384 KB/s up

    Equivalent (desktop) Radeons: HD 5750, HD 6750, HD 7750, R7 250

Equivalent (desktop) Geforces GTS 450, GT 640, GT 740

Although multiple installs are allowed, only one can be active at a time.

    1. Yeah I know it, but can I "really" run it ???

    2. So, for example, if I have install Titanfall in my PC, then I want to play it in my laptop, I must uninstall my Titanfall PC. Am I right?

Minimum, and "Low" settings is /are never really supposed to be what the game is intended to look like and play like.

If you had four or five PCs that were all at least minimum, all your personal machines, and you wanted to play the game in a different room without moving the PC, all five could have copies installed.  But you couldn't start playing on one PC, leave the game running, and try starting it in another room on another PC.
