Can you please help me
Can i restore my titanfall progress from xbox to the ea app by linking the same account or doing anything else. Please help me i really can't start over.

If you unlinked the Xbox you play on from its EA account, you can restore your progress by relinking it back, but it's not 100% guaranteed. If the progress is important to you, it's your best shot at getting it back.
