Can't open Titanfall 2 from steam

Can't open Titanfall 2 from steam: "An incompatible version of this game is installed on your device."

    Hey @Victoryforme22 

    Thanks for confirming, Can you try to uninstall TF2 from your device with something like Revo uninstaller?

    After try going through the following:

    1. If you have any files left in your document folder move them to your desktop. 
    2. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
    3. Verify your PC date/time is correct for your region. 
    4. Reboot your machine
    5. Run Steam and the EA app as admin and attempt to install one more time.

    Hi @REALDEMONBBRO 

    To confirm are you signed into the account that purchased it on Steam?, Or did you access it through another means like EA Play?

    Hi @Victoryforme22, To confirm are you playing via Steam or the EA app? Can you also verify (if your playing on Steam) that you are signed into both clients with the accounts that are linked to each other?
