Changing the control settings on pc

I selected the gamepad I have connected through my USB port to control my pilot and titan.  Unfortunately, I can't get the gamepad to function with the game.  Instead I'm forced to use the mouse and the WASD keys to play the game.  I prefer playing a FPS with the XBox like controller that my gamepad is.  Any ideas how to get my logitech gamepad working on my pc with this game?
