Kent, I went ahead and restarted the mission and when I got to that point where the game froze I made sure I was in a different spot on the map and it did not freeze this time. So I got past that and it's been running fine now.
BUT! I'm now on the mission 'The Ark' and I'm at the spot where I'm looking through the glass to the control room and cannot get it. I looked at a walkthrough and it looks like my teammates are supposed to come up the stairs with me and breach the glass. However, they are staying down on the lower level and do not come up. I know this is more of a tech support board but would you have any idea why they don't come up the stairs? Am I missing something?

EDIT: LOL, never mind. It turned out that one of the teammates somehow got stuck underneath a floor so I had to restart the mission. The next time he didn't get stuck and everything went as expected.
Finished the game, it was fun. Thanks again for your help!
