I got this error randomly 2 minutes AFTER stopping matchmaking- i.e. i was just editing loadouts, not even in game or queueing.

I'm not very good at the game, can I get some assurance that false positives like this aren't going start matching me with people actually cheating?

edit: to clarify I am not suspended/banned and currently able to queue as normal.

Thanks for the update. To throw some speculation it sounds like a bug when (i assume) the obvious cheat was caught.

Unfortunately I have no control over how the anti-cheat is implemented, nor any specific info, but it sounds like a once-off bug and as long as you can matchmake and play normally it looks like your account is in good standing. I absolutely understand being concerned about this, though.

Sorry for the delay, with all that's happened this week 🤓

Doesn't seem do be doing it recently, Tried with just recording via GeForce Experience

I tried with the instant replay - last 5 min, last 10 min options = result no problems
I tried 2 times with just the record options = result no problems

  To add - since this happened to me I've played a further 10~ hours of multiplayer over the course of this week with no issues.

I just got the Your "fairfight category is incompatible with this gameserver" after AFKing at the end of a game, (guessing it started auto searching) and when I came back I was greeted with that message, I clicked the multiplayer tab and I got the same message again, tried multiplayer once more and I could join matches and customize my pilot like nothing had even happened.

Is this just a one off bug or am I playing in a cheaters server or something, bit concerned to be honest.

That same thing just happened to me. Awesome, I haven't cheated once in any game and I get a message about it.
